My Ti4200 went belly up so I contacted them and RMA'd my card with no problems.
I got a replacement in today in the form of a 5700 Ultra, not too shabby.

I guess the moral of the story is that EVGA has pretty good support, and I hope
most people get the same treatment. Hope this card lasts longer though. 😉
