About two days. I RMA'd a card two weeks ago. They got it on a Thursday, shipped the replacement part late Friday and I had it on Tuesday the next week. Too bad it was beat up and had performance issues. Scrutinize the "refurbished" card they will send you very carefully.
Still no movement on getting that resolved?

Very uncharacteristic of EVGA, what steps have you taken to try and get them to replace it with a less beat up part? I'd post in their GT200 or RMA forum with lots of pics, that usually attracts the attention of people who can and will do something about it.
But ya, that's why I always tell people who have issues with a new card to return it to the retailer first if they can. I know the board partners tell you to do otherwise but I also know their RMA stock comes from refurbs first. If you paid for a new card and it doesn't work right, you should try to get a new card first and foremost imo, especially if you're within the original return period.
