hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone is planning on upgrading their evga cards in the next couple of months. I have a GTS 320MB right now, and I thought that would do me fine as I only have a 17 inch monitor and wouldn't be using the higher resolutions. However, I just went ahead and bought the BenQ FP241W, so now I'm thinking I'll probably upgrade to the 640MB version. Maybe higher if the GTX prices drop, but I don't really see them doing that before my step up expires (december 27th).

Anyone else planning on stepping up?

I'll be stepping up from my GTX to an ultra, or possibly (if it ever happens) a refreshed 8800 high end.

I'm thinking about it, when the 880GT comes out, just picked up a 8600GT a few days ago. Looks like for the Step-Up they give you retail for your card and charge retail for the upgrade. If I can get the 8800GT for a decent price I'll jump on it. Guess for not the 8600 will do though.
