EVGA Step-up

So I've realized that I've misplaced one of the DVI adapters that came with my 7950 GT KO. So, if I were to send everything in for a step-up but missing one DVI adapter, am I getting that 90+ dollar 15% fee they talk about?

Or are they fine with just having he retail box, all the cables, and manual?

Any insights would be appreciated.

if they feel they must they will remove the cost of the dvi from your step up making it cost you more.

I wouldn't worry about it, if you have an extra from a mobo or something I'd just toss that in there. If you paypal shipping I'd ship you one for free as I have about 30 of those from various video cards/mobos lying around in my parts bin.....

Worst case tell em to take one out of your stepped-up box and call it a day 😉

They're normally pretty good at making it fair for everyone. One of my step-ups i was about 6 days over my 90 day step-up, but they let me step-up anyways with no questions asked. I emailed them and a guy over there took care of it. He said it should be fine. I never had any issues with evga.

Well, just to offer a different prespective I had a card that was 2 days past the 90 day mark and they would not let me step up. This was about a year ago but still, it probably depends on who you talk to.

I was 22 hours late due to forgetting that one of the months had an extra day. Called them and they couldn't do anything. That was a few months ago
