EVGA Step-up

With the release of the 7950GX2, I was just curious how long it typically takes EVGA to add newly released cards to the step-up program. I'm runnin short on my eligibility time period. I know with the release of the 7900 series of cards people were stepping up fairly quickly it seemed. I have no personal experience with the program, unfortunately. Any information is greatly appreciated!
