Evga step up says that all packaging, etc must be included and undamaged on the card you send in... has anyone stepped up using a card that had a MIR and therefore was missing the UPC? I'm curious if that's allowed, since technically the packaging is damaged.

My 8800gts is considered the same value as their top of the line 9800gtx which is 100mhz faster core and 250mhz faster memory. I doubt I can step "across" but it bodes well for me if the next gen is worth stepping up to on release, since I've got their top of the line version hopefully the price wont dip.
