If I was to buy a 7600GT now and wanted to step it up in a couple months to a 7900GT or whatever does anyone know roughly what they charge? Is it cheaper just to sell the 7600GT and buy a 7900GT online?

They charge standard MSRP...

And the worst part of the program is they do not give loners and you will have to ship the card to them first.
