Supposedly XTXs are cherry picked ocers, on XS there is a general concensus that XTX's oc much better than XTs

Cooler, yes. Quieter, no.

The XT is faster. But if you vmod, and overclock, they should be pretty close. Then you would have to add the costs to do that however. The stock heatsink/fan isnt good enough.

I would get the XT. For many of the reasons you stated. And HQ AF which you didnt add.
