I had the latest Nvidia Drivers for my EVGA SuperClocked GTX 470 installed in my build and I shipped back the GTX 470 for the step up program and I just received my EVGA GTX 570 today...

Would I need to reinstall the drivers or the drivers for the GTX 470 would work for the GTX 570?

Thanks in advance...

They will re-install on their own when you put the new card in and turn the system on. When you install NV drivers they first extract themselves to a folder (C: \NVIDIA), so all the files necessary for re-installing the drivers are already there.

Nice step up! Equal power consumption, lower temps, quieter, and readily overclockable to 580 speeds!

Thanks! The card is bigger than the GTX 470! At first I thought it couldn't fit... but it barely fit! I'm not planning to overclock thought... but if I ever feel dangerous I'd probably get a new PSU first...:D

Much more quite than the GTX 470 and I'm getting FPS that I have never seen before!
