EVGA RMAs

I've heard EVGA is supposed to be pretty great when it comes to support, options, and RMAs, but they've had my video card for 5 days now and the Track RMA information still says that it is still processing.

Has anyone had experience with EVGA RMAs and how long they usually take? Or does anyone know if they don't always update their track feature on time?
