before I RMA this video card. i have a question.
every other refurbish product i have ever purchased. it was cleaned and it was restore to near original condition. if there was anything wrong with it. it was simple some indicatins of light handling or light usage, which is expected with refurbished.
the "factory refurbish" EVGA GTX 580 video card I recieved was dirty and filthy full of dust. condition exactly like a well used system pull.
for those of you that in the past had purchase refurbish product through eVGA authorized channels.
is this the normal for EVGA's "factory refurbish" product?
