EVGA Rebate going off tomorrow - time for an opinion?

So EVGA has a $30 rebate that ends tomorrow. That puts the EVGA P55 FTW down in the $185 range (with a $10 NewEgg instant rebate). That is in line with Asus P7P55D EVO and Gigabyte P55A-UDP3.

I don't tend to overclock and I'm not a big gamer. I do a lot of media editing. I'm planning on paring the board I buy with a i7-860.

Any thoughts on whether I should bite on the EVGA vs. the Asus or Gigabyte? The USB3 could be useful in the future, but the Gigabyte isn't getting high marks at NewEgg.

I'd go for the updated Asus boards - the P7P55D-E that include USB 3.0 and SATA 3 (6Gbps). No need to spend the extra money on the Evo if you do not want to do SLI or aggressive overclocking. The alternative to that would be the Gigabyte board you mentioned but I think you could get the Asus cheaper.
