The search function isnt working for me.

I wanted to know if EVGA precision works with ATI cards. I don't want to overclock, just check check GPU usage, clocks and temps, during games.

EVGA precision only works for video cards using EVGA bios, meaning not all Nvidia cards can use it, let alone ATI cards.

If you only want to check temps, clocks, and usage just get a gadget called GPU Observer.

On the contrary, my brother has a Sparkle 9800GT and he is using Precision. So....

I use Rivatuner Statistics Server Technology for overlay.

If you only want to check temps, clocks, and usage just get a gadget called GPU Observer.

+1 for GPU observer. Looks very neat and does its job nicely.

Use RivaTuner. EVGA Precision is basically a reworked UI to make RivaTuner more user-friendly, developed by the same guy.

-AB is better than EVGA Precision [ by the same programmer, Unwinder] ,and AB has a very good auto GPU fan controller
and was built for both ATI & Nvidia

1. EVGA Precision can be used on any Nvidia vendor's card (subject to the GPU support list).
2. EVGA Precision does not work with ATI

Although I have found MSI Afterburner and Kombustor (stability testing utility) to be a better combination.

GPU-Z will also monitor all you need and is an excellent low memory footprint application.

this is not true, i use evga precision on all my nvidia cards. although, you need an evga account to DL it, but you can find it somewhere else on the web without registering an account at evga's official website
