Evga precision oc'ing utility question?

Right now I don't have my gtx 280 oc'ed because I'm tired of being asked if I want this program (evga precision) to run when starting win7? My gtx 280 is a stock speed one but easily overclocks to past FTW speeds which gives it a good boost. I'm just tired of the startup issue and I'm wondering If anyone has figured out a work around so I don't have to be bothered during startup. I'm not willing to turn off UAC completely either.
 
I turned off UAC but can you add "run as administrator" to the .exe or add it to an exception list somehow?
