eVGA or Gigabyte 6800gs?

Hello all,
I've decided to finally succumb to my cravings for a new video card, and with the games I play and my wallet, it seems like about $150 6800gs is the card to go. I was fairly set on the eVGA up until this morning, because of the warrenty and such on the card, but then I saw that the Gigabyte card was also on sale, for 5 bucks cheaper.

Does anyone have any experience with both cards and can give me a heads up either way? I'm still kinda leaning towards the eVGA but the Gigabyte card caught my eye, and I thought I'd check here.

Does Gigabyte have as good a warrenty as eVGA does? If not, is it a better card in all aspects or anything?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

for piece of mind i would go with eVGA, Gigabyte only offers a 3 year limited warranty for GPU's

personally I'd go with EVGA.. they have great customer support, their warranty is fantastic... and their step-up program is something to think about also. ATM I am in queue on their step-up program for a 7900 GTX Superclocked. Do a forum search on EVGA and you'll read lots of good things about their customer support and warranty.
