Hello, trying to decide between a

EVGA Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT 128MB DDR3 PCI-E

and a

Asus GeForce 6600 GT PCI-E 128MB DDR3

which of those performs the most? Also since my MB is a Asus A8N-E would I be better off going with the asus or does that not make a difference at all?

The performance difference will be almost none, and the asus board + asus card will do nothing. I would just buy the cheapest one (from a reputuable company).

That's why I said from a reputable company, (unless yours is from a reputable company)

hrm... why didn't you RMA it ? Did the problems only start after a while you were using it?

I'm buying off ebay so returns can be difficult.. but when I buy retail it's because I wanna be able to RMA it if there's any inperfectness in the product right.

I'm also looking at the Leadtek 6600GT, it's mentionned often as being one of the better 6600 GT cards you can get. Again.. are they pretty much all the same? assuming you get a fully working one.
