I believe it has a lifetime warranty and is being replaced by EVGA. (RMA in process)

Do they still have these in stock for a replacement if not what do they usually send? If they can't replace it I guess I will have to finally upgrade. :sneaky:

Highly unlikely they have any in stock. s939 boards have been EOL for a quite a while now. I suppose they could try to repair the board you sent them but it would probably be faster if you ask them to give them an equivalent modern board and just upgrade.

You will probably get an nForce 780i/790i, if you're lucky an P55/X58 motherboard. ;)

Great f'in updated news...

The board was delivered to EVGA on Monday 3/15/10 (according to the USPS DC) but no one at EVGA has an idea where it is. The issue keeps getting 'escalated' but I am no closer to a resolution.
