eVGA MX and composite video out

I ordered the eVGA with tv out and assumed it would be s-video out. Is there an adapter so I can plug the composite video out on my card into the s-video in on my tv?

Second question

The ram on the above mentioned card has a series of letters and numbers on it. The last number is 6. Does that mean it has 6ns memory?

I would assume there would be an adapter somewhere, but the quality of the picture would most definitely be reduced.
