eVGA motherboard overclock x2

Hey,

I have heard this board has lots of BIOS settings, but it tends to be picky.
Will an athlon x2 3800+ overclock well on it?
Also, will Corsair value ram (2x512) kit work with this board?

EDIT: I just thought I'd add, I am not going to have this in a case so cooling should not be much of a problem.

Thats the anandtech review of the Jetway (eVGA hired them to build the mobo to eVGA's specs.

It is a fairly new board I think, but I was hoping someone would have some experience with it.
