eVGA Limited Edition 6800 / 256MB - Anyone know anything about it?

I have been looking at the 128mb version and for a few bucks more came accross this at New Egg;

eVGA Limited Edition nVIDIA GeForce 6800 Video Card, 256MB GDDR3, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "256-A8-N347-AX " -RETAIL

$335 seems like a good price because the cheapest 128mb version is only $60 less and all other 256mb start at $390.

Newegg doesnt have too much information/pictures/clock speed on there site and I cant find much on the web.

Does this look like a good card? Worth $60 over the lowest 128mb version?

The design looks bigger then most 6800's and it has two dvi connectors. A dvi to regular vga shouldnt have any quality loss?

Thanks.

Newegg didnt have clockspeed or pipelines on there site. I almost thought it was going to be something like that.

6800= 6800 Ultra\GT with disabled pipelines. If it was cheaper and I needed a card I'd think about it.
