Evga gtx 680 2gb ftw

I'm thinking about buying a used EVGA GTX 680 2GB FTW from someone for $385, who is the second owner.

More specifically, this card on Newegg: EVGA 02G-P4-3686-KR GeForce GTX 680 FTW 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

The price seems almost too good to be true, seeing as it was going for $510 before being discontinued on Newegg. He says there's nothing wrong with it and also had a backplate added on. Just selling it because he doesn't need the power. Think I should do it?

I've bought many used graphics cards on the forums. Assuming they have adequate feedback (heatware) and a long history on the forums I'm okay with it. Of course there is always increased risks as opposed to dealing with new cards from retailers so I'll just say to weigh the options and decide from there. Make sure when you pay with Paypal to not pay Paypal gift as you forfeit buyer protection if you pay gift.

Pretty much sums it up.
