eVGA GTX 460 Superclocked 1GB EE vs non-EE

I've read that the EE is louder, is there that much of a difference that I should hold out for my local store to get the EE version back in stock?

I have an reference GTX 460 1GB and its silent (can't hear it above the 140mm case fan near it) at idle and gaming. I've never heard the EE personally, but there are loads of complaints regarding the noise it produces in various forums I've visited (especially the EVGA forums). The only con to the reference is it has a "TR" warranty which is two year while the EE can be had with the lifetime for $10 more. The PNY (which I have) has a lifetime if you register at their website within three months. Supposedly this is not their old bogus lifetime which was only the marketing life of the card - its supposed to be for the lifetime of the original owner now.
