EVGA GTX 460 1GB EE RMA questions.

Ok, I have a EVGA GTX 460 1GB. The stock core clock is 673Mhz. Memory default as well.

I bout this card from my brother. He had registered it on EVGA's site. Now it seems this card has a lifetime warranty according to Newegg.

Well, the card is now artifacting, and needs to be RMA'd. I have never overclocked this card, But I have changed the thermal paste.

1) Brother registers GTX 460 EE
2) Brother sells GTX 460 EE to me
3) I run the card stock the entire time of ownership = 5 months
4) Card starts artifacting

So if he registered it, how do I RMA the card ? He does still have the invoice. I tried to register it on EVGA's site, but it stated the warranty period was expired. And I changed the thermal paste right after buying the card.

Oh, My brother lives next door to me as well.
