Mine got "lost" but I had made a copy before sending. I faxed it in after speaking to customer service. Just make a copy and you'll be ok. Got my $30 eventually.

That's a nice deal too. But it all comes down to price. It's 25% more and probably has 10% more overclocking headroom. Your choice.
