This is the mildly overclocked version of the GTX 285 (675MHz vs. 648Mhz standard) for $359.99 with a $20.00 MIR available. Use Promo Code "HARDOCPHWU2235" (thanks Hard|Forum) for an additional $18.00 off.

EDIT--Please note this is an SC edition, not SSC. The SSC has a higher overclock of 702MHz.

I noticed the deal 2 days ago as the above poster stated, this at $359.99, the "regular" model at $354.99. When I added it to my cart, it showed as $305.00 plus the "free gift" COD:WAR at $49.99 making the total $354.99! The SC showed as $310.00 plus the $49.99 ie $359.99. When I went to checkout, it rang up as the higher price, plus the $49.99, then minus the $49.99 ie final cost was either $354.99 or $359.99 for the SC!
I called Newegg to complain about the "free" gift ringing in at $49.99 and they agreed that the cart prices were misleading. Anyway, they charged me the lower price, $305.00/the SC is $310.00
Add the rebate to that and this deal is really rocking.
Add either to your cart and check the card price, then the $49.99 for the free gift 😉
It still shows as either $305.00 or $310.00 b4 rebate-then get on the phone b4 you order!

Right, I've noticed the $49.99 COD "gift" thing in my carts as well. Since it still equaled the advertised price, I never considered calling the Egg to complain. Interesting.
