EVGA GTS250 core clock and memory lower than they should be?

I just grabbed a EVGA GTS 250 gddr3 512mb for a budget system. Everything I see online states that the default core clock is 756mhz and memory is 1100mhz. My card however is running at 675/900.

the 1gb and 512mb have the same clock speeds correct? Am I missing something? the 756mhz/1100mhz card that I see reviewed online look exactly like my card also.

Default speed is 738 core, same as the 9800gtx+. You may have gotten a low power version. It should easily do 738 core ,just overclock it.

It looks like I have an "e-green" version that runs with a more eco friendly version of the g92 chipset. Explains why I got such a good deal hah.

Is there a way to bump up my voltage on the graphics card? I can get it stable at 773 core speed but can only get the memory up to 940.
