Amazon has the Evga GTX 650 1GB DDR5 video card for $80 flat, no rebates. Not a crazy hot deal, but decent enough. Only $10 more than the black friday price of $70AR, however there is no rebate needed here. No free games included but still "decent".

See above. The 650 is in a lower performance class, similar to the 7750. About 30% slower judging from that review.

i think 7750/7770 is better price/performance as it can be had for same price and lower power consumption as well

A 7750 isnt, but a 7770 may be if performance is all you care about. And im pretty sure a GTX 650 actually has lower power consumption than the 7770.....not sure where you got that distorted fact from.

Not sure why you would even compare a faster card to a card that is 7750 class. (GTX 650) 7770 is on average 10w more than a GTX650.
