This is another EVGA "KO" concoction. Meaning, this is using a higher-end GPU than the standard TU-117 used in GTX 1650 cards, and thus, in theory, in some ways, better performance. (Basically, they are cut-down higher-end chips that had defects, and couldn't be sold as higher-end GPUs.)

The most notable effect of that, advertised, for these cards, is that unlike the "vanilla" GTX 1650, which is a Turing card, with a TU-117 GPU, that GPU still had a Volta-era NVENC encoder/decoded. THIS card has a higher-end GPU, and thus, has the REAL TURING ENCODER. Which may be important news for those people attempting to stream gaming using their GPU while playing. (Though, on a GTX 1650, I kind of don't recommend that anyways.)

The RTX 2060 "KO" model was discovered by GamersNexus on YT, to have additional performance in Blender rendering, over and above it's official specs. Whether this GTX 1650 "KO ULTRA" card, has additional powers to be unlocked, I don't know. (I picked up a few to test out.)

Apparently, the EVGA "KO ULTRA" uses the TU-116-150, whereas the "GTX 1650 ULTRA" uses a TU-106.
