I found this card for $315.00 at one of my local shops but can't find any info on it. How are eVGA cards? anyone have any advice on it.

Ya I saw that...I was just wondering if anyone knows how it stacks up against the gainward, asus etc. I've never heard of eVGA and would like to save some money, if it's a good card.

if it means anything to you
eVGA is just stripped down straight versions of the cards, nothing special, but the performance on just about all of the cards is nearly identical, so i wouldn't be worried about that

i used an eVGA card once (sry i haven't had the chance to try it more times) but i didn't have any problems w/ it...

I hope this helps a little

I had bought an almost unknown brand GF3 card and I found out that it was a generic nVidia card, put in a box instead of a simple OEM bug. It was using the nVidia reference drivers instead of having its own and the 2D-3D quality was mediocre. Beware...
