Bought one. Ended up being about $148.35 AR when factoring in shipping and sales tax for OH but still not a bad deal.

i think i'm going to finally give in and purchase this one. got some questions though... will the card work and fit in the inspiron 530? how loud is the fan on this card? thanks!

im returning 2 pny 8800gts I bought when they were 139AR from frys a week ago. EVGA warranty > pny warranty.

AFAIK if you've cut out the UPC code (for rebate), item is non-returnable.

Ya I go a little overboard-my wife calls it a sickness.


Just got back from my second trip to frys today to return a bad board- They had 2 skulltrail boards for 520 bucks each!


Thought these things were harder to get than Hanna Montana tickets.

In theory it should be quieter and cooler. More room for heat to dissipate and a more efficient fan design.

They are quieter and cooler.

Larger fan = quieter and more airflow
Larger heatsink = better dissipation
Rear exhaust = hot air is dumped outside the case instead of being recycled internally by your CPU HSF and PSU.
