eVGA don't like brazilians buyers

In Brazil the summer is too hot. My 6800gt eVGA's temperature hit 68ºC in idle and 76ºC in full load.
Last week looking in evga's homepage I read that evga is selling cooper sink for 6800 ultra and 6800gt 😛
quickly I try to buy one and received this message:
"We're sorry, but international shipping is not available. We can only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii"

Very sad I send a lot emails to sales@evga and marketing@evga and receive just one reply:
"Hi,
Thank you for your interest in eVGA products. Unfortunately we can only ship to address in the United Stats and Canada.
Tony"

How can I buy just one heat sink if evga ignores brazilians buyers? 🙁
