I asked a question about the status of my Step-Up request, and here's the response I got.

I?m showing you are currently #97 in the queue. If allocating your card takes longer than the remainder of your eligibility period, your card will still be allocated to you and you will be able to finish the Step-Up process.

So this means if I'm in the step up queue, but my 3 months is over before I'm up to send it in, I still get to step up when my turn is up?
