EVGA 8800GS max clock

I have a new EVGA 8800GS Superclock. I can't get the core clock to run reliably at over 710MHz and the memory hits a max of 1060(2120). Anything higher will cause lockups in 3D Mark06. I hit a high of about 9250 in 06. Anybody with this card getting higher clocks. Temp isn't a problem, it never goes over 60 degrees.
