EVGA 8800 GTS Temp

Sorry, if its a stupid question, but here it goes i purchased and intalled a EVGA 8800 GTS yesterday, I would like to monitor the card temp & Fan Speed but i can not find that functionality in nvidias control panel.

You'll have to install nTune for that.

Jup, then you launch NVmonitor. I just wish I could adjust the speed at which the fan is running though. It's greyed out in nTune.

You can always use RivaTuner for that.

Thanks, I Have another question whats a normal temp for a 8800gts i'm currently 77C on idle and low to mid 80's under load is this normal or should i be worried

Mines 60c idle and low 70's after an hour of Oblivion.

Whats the air flow like in your case?

Is a small Dell Case is the new Dell Inspiron 530, so i just maybey poor case ventilation

I'm at 68 idle (it's warm out) and I get up to 85 at heavy load right now with a medium overclock. My case is decent ventilation and fans, but not fantastic. I wouldn't worry too much.
