evga 7900gt fan going out? I think

Well when I play oblivion or fear, or just when it wants to, the fan on my video cards makes that nasty sound. And about the time it started i noticed my games begain to run abit rougher and more jumpy. I have had to card for less than 2 weeks and still can rma it to newegg or evga. Who should I rma it to? Or what else should i do with it?

RMA, or if your comfortable with adding a third party heatsink that is another option, which is also covered by eVGA's warranty.

What is a good 3rd party vga heatsink? I was thinking about that, but ill have to see which is cheaper, rma or 3rd party...funds are kinda low now.
