yeah this has got to be the best deal for $170.00 right now, even approaches the bang for the buck of the 3D Fuzion7600gs 256mb i got for $63.00 after $30.00 rebate, i could have got 2 of them for $ 126.00 total if i just used my sisters address for a second rebate, and run them in SLI, which would equal 1 of these $170.00 7900GS, but SLI does not work in every game, can be a pain to deal with sometimes, not to mention, getting a second 7900GS running in SLI will like outperform a 7900GTX 512mb.

I'm bummed. I jumped on this deal last weekend when the rebate first appeared. The base price was like $15 higher though. Newegg won't do any sort of price guarantee though.
