If you're saying that the eVGA part number looks like a 7600GS, I think you're right.

Major re-titling needed here, as previous poster noted: this is a 7600GS, not a 7900GS -- which significantly "cools" the deal!

I expect a LOT of 7600GS's will be clearanced over the next months as nVidia finally releases the 80 nm replacement chip for the 7600's. They've had this chip since August, according to old reports... nice that they'll finally release it! [Merci beaucoup to BernardP for that article link, but don't blame either of us for the linguistic pretzels of its author!]
