EVGA 7800GTX / A8N-SLI Deluxe power hook up.

I just built a new pc. I have an ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe MOBO and I got an eVGA 7800GTX Video Card ( 1 card). The Video card requires a power hook up to the Supplemental Power Adapter on the Video card. Do I also need to power up the EZ plug connection on the MOBO?

WTF ?!?

The EZ plug is to make sure there is "enough" power in that area of the board for SLI usage. But it couldn't hurt to plug it even if you're using a single card.

Hey man I feel really stupid. I'm new to this forum and didn't see your reply.I'm such an ass. Thank You for your reply I did connect the second power connection to the MOBO. Again forgive me I'm sorry.
