Evga 7800gt bios upgrade without floppy??

How would i boot into dos so that i can run the bios update utility??
it says Extract the files and when you get to a DOS prompt (you must be able to boot into a DOS prompt, a command prompt within Windows will not work), type RUNME and the flash utility will execute


so how would i do this?

I would also like to know. I tried formatting my usb drive to be bootable, and it still didn't work for me.
I hope one of these members can help us out.
