I have been having this problem for the past 3 days now and finally decided to post about it.

Yes I have over clocked my system, yes I have overclocked my card, but i reset them all to stock a few days ago before i got the problems.

So here it is. I boot up my PC, and 3 seconds later I get a nice 5 second beep and a error code 2b= Init Video error, BUT then the computer continues the boot process and shows FF and I hear the Vista welcome sound, still no video. (no video throughout this whole process)

I must restart the PC via the Reset switch or Power Button numerous times over and over and over, till I get video on boot.

The power cables to the video card are properly connected, I have not removed ANY hardware form the PC lately, I have no disconnected or connected any new hardware. Games run fine with no problems so the video card seems to have proper Power getting to it.

so what gives

hmmm... i got mine up and running 6750@3.5ghz; sli 8800gt... and all seems ok...

have you tried putting the vid card in the 2nd slot? just a swag... never seen that error b4... but usually get that long beep when either power is not plugged in to card or card is cocked sidewaws in the slot...

I have not tried putting it in the second slot but I made sure power was in and even tried the other 2 PCI E connectors. The card is in all the way tho. I had my Q6600 at 3.6 GHZ for a long time and the ram at 945 (anything over that and for some reason the system wouldnt boot, maybe cause I have 8 gb and it might stress the mem controller a lil more than 4 gb.

The computer has stopped doing this error on it's own but i'd still like to see if anyone might know what caused it.
