EVGA 6800 GT PCI Express, BAD card? why is it only $389?

I guess I am skeptical, why is this card only 389, when the MSI is $449? is it just not bundled with a bunch of crappy games that I'll never play anyway? is it any less of a performer than the other cards, I'm thinking of going ahead and buying it, but i just wanted to know if it sucked and if i should go ahead and just spend the other $50 on the MSI card or another card.

i have he AGP and it's sweet. paid 319 on a special. it won't perorm any differently than any other 6800GT, the only thing that manufacturers do differently is the HSF that i know of. and of course, the bundled games. i'm not entirely sure about the pci-e versions but i would imagine it's the same.

I would actually go for the eVGA over the MSI in any case, and especially when it's cheaper. $399 is still the actual MSRP for 6800GT's as far as I know, so in theory, you're getting a "good deal" on that one. 😛

Yeah MSRP for 6800GTs is supposed to be $399.

Im not a fan of either company to be truthful, but both cards should perform within 1% of each other.
