I just got back a RMA eVGA 6800 card but noticed that the P/N # ends with a BX these eVGA 6800 cards are showing up on places like Newegg as AX

example:

GeForce 6800 P/N: 128-A8-N343-BX <--- the RMA card I just got back

vs

GeForce 6800 P/N: 128-A8-N343-AX <---Like here on Newegg's site

Anyone know the diffrences ?

Thanks

Hmm. Bulk as in OEM ?

I fired off an email to eVGA's support and probably hear back in the morning. But that sounds right to me.

Rankor was correct. Here's the reply email I got back from eVGA:

The reply to your support request to eVGA.com is as follows:

The product number ending AX or BX indicates the type of packaging that
the card is in. The card you recieved is the same type of card with
different packaging. AX stands for retail packaging and BX stands for bulk
packaging.
