Wow, the price dropped from $139.99 to $95.99! Man, is it still worth it for me to jump on this deal for my AGP rig and Step Up in awhile when I get my new computer (for now, I'm just waiting for all the G80 stuff and new motherboards to settle in)? Does every EVGA card qualify for Step-Up?

Or should I just get this 7600GS for $125.99 after $20 MIR? Does the 5% performance increase from a 6600GT justify the cost?

Well the 7600gs is supposed to be a decent overclocker no? Can it reach near GT speeds? If so I would go with the GS or just upgrade to PCI-e already ;)

I'd wait for a Black Friday deal myself. It may be a higher end card than what you need, but its worth the wait. Rumor has it that a 7950GT will be sold for $200. I wouldn't mind finding a 7600GT AGP for $115.

well think about it this way, we will have price drops from the G80 release and christmas deals and black friday discounts. this winter will be a very good time to upgrade!
