EVGA 660 TI FTW models question

EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti FTW Signature 2 (02G-P4-3664-KR)
vs
EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti FTW (02G-P4-3667-KR)

They have exactly the same spec except the obvious difference that the Signature 2 has 2 fans, but yet it's $10 cheaper. (It seems the price difference depends on the vendor.)

Does the Signature 2 run better temps?

Is there really any point in the non-Signature 2?

Signature 2 uses their custom heatsink, versus the stock one. Should give you quieter performance if not better temps. It should usually cost more but maybe due to stock they're selling one cheaper.

If you go on their website, it will tell you the exact differences between the models. I can't get on the website right now though.
