"The Biostar is a P35 motherboard (or a derivative of the P35) so it supports 1333 FSB natively. The 650i motherboard may support such a FSB, but not without issues such as temperature management since it was designed to dissipate the heat from 1066MHz only"

Is there any truth to this? I'm looking for a cheap motherboard to run an e2XXX at 3.2 ghz, and the EVGA board seemed like a good candidate, but if it can't do 1280 (In the case of an E2180) without having heat issues...

P35 boards work best with 800MHz chips. I'd stick with the $71 AR Abit IP35-E. It will take a capable E2180 north of 3.5GHz with good cooling.
