evga 650i ultra ethernet issue help

I just install xp and put in the drivers disk which gave me an errorr saying this driver is already install do you wanna uninstall i hit yes restart it pops up again and says same thing.

So i goto hardware manager and install the driver from the disk. Restart. Not working go into device manager and check it and it has an error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I have no clue how to fix this ... everything is stock with fresh xp installed. I am going to try the updated drivers from the nvidia site, dont think this will work though anybody know how to fix this?

K got it to work....fck its 430am. Called evgas 24hr support ... its some weird enumerator problem had to specifically pick the correct inf files because windows would do it wrong. And the disk wouldnt do it. I think windows kept autoinstalling the wrong driver for the enumerator as it rebooted.
