changed multiplier to 10x from 9x in BIOS

won't boot at all. No error codes, no beeps, just fast flashing light on mobo and flashing keyboard??? WTF?

Tried to reset CMOS, no change.

OK, I can breathe again. It has rebooted with another KB. Jeebus, that was weird.
