EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 780 Motherboard Issues

Hi guys,

I'm having some major issues here and cannot get my pc going. I have a EVGA superclocked 768mb 8800 GTX, Q6600, EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 780i, PC Power & Cooling 750w, Patriot 2x2GB memory, and anything else you need to know let me know.

The problem I'm having is that it doesn't even get past the initial bios screen, I cannot get into bios either... it just sits at that very initial screen where it lists all the information about the pc. Also the little post code LCD on the mobo reads '75'. I have no idea what to do now, heres what I've tried so far:

-Resetting the CMOS, jumper and battery.
-Different keyboard (PS/2 as opposed to USB)
-Reseating/Swapping GPU with a known working one
-Booting up with all USB devices unplugged
-Booting up with only one stick of a ram at a time
-Switching hard drives
-Booting with no hard drive
-Trying different molex connectors on the GPU (read that some where)
And some other stuff that I can't remember right now because I'm so pissed and frustrated.

forgot to add that the post beep, sounds healthy AND

Post code 75 = Detect HDD IDE device detection

If anyone can help me find something or has a possible solution off the top of their head, I'd sincerely and greatly appreciate it. You also may be able to save my sheet rock wall from an imprint of my head !! :disgust:

Ok got everything back up and running. When I switched the SATA port that my primary HD (only hd) was plugged into, it magically came back up and is running nicely (or so I think) again. What a pain in the neck.
