Everytime I start up IE it goes back to Medium font size but I like it on smaller

I dunno where the setting it but everytime I start up IE6 it goes to medium but when I close IE the time before its on Smaller. I dunno where the setting is to keep it on Smaller. Please help. Thanks.

It may just be a glitch. Check Microsoft's site for known issues.
