Everytime I hit "back" i'm prompted to refresh/retry thepage?

This just started recently and it is really annoying. How can I fix it? I'm on an XP pro machine running IE6. Helpppppp!
 
So does anyone have an idea of how to fix it besides using another browser? I have mozilla installed but it very sluggish for me on my notebook....
 
it seems to happen to me when IE Cache is full. if you periodically delete files in cache you will find that it refreshes when you hit back.
 
I get this problem every once in a while. Try to clear your temporary files in ie.

Click on tools, then internet options
Click on delete files under temporary internet files
*Do not delete all offline content* Doing this will sometimes make me re-login onto websites.

This usually clears up the refresh problem.

i only get tat problem when i do a search and want to go back to tat search
its wierd only recently started happening
and very annoyed must re-enter search again!!
